By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site operated by SkyVault Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company operating under the brand name SkyVault Properties (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the Terms as modified.

2. Nature of Services

SkyVault Solutions LLC provides real estate investment services as described on our website, landing pages, and marketing materials. Services may include, but are not limited to: contacting property owners regarding potential purchase opportunities, evaluating residential and/or commercial properties, scheduling property consultations and walkthroughs, coordinating communications related to selling real estate, providing preliminary purchase offers, facilitating transactions with buyers/sellers, and providing customer support related to real estate investment services.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from SkyVault Solutions LLC, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. SkyVault Solutions LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. We also reserve the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and will notify you when we do so. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. SkyVault Solutions LLC, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major national and regional carriers.

Opt-Out / Cancellation: Text the keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to cancel. After texting any of these keywords, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the keywords above and agree that SkyVault Solutions LLC and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: You agree that neither our service providers nor we will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any message or information sent through the SMS Services. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we are not responsible and will not be liable for any damages of any nature, including without limitation any incidental, special or consequential damages, punitive damages, or attorney’s fees.

4. Express Written Consent for Calls, Texts, and Emails

By submitting your phone number and email you are providing express written consent for SkyVault Solutions LLC, its affiliates, agents, and service providers to contact you at that number and email regarding products or services, including via autodialed and/or prerecorded or artificial voice calls and text messages (SMS and MMS), or email, even if your telephone number is a cellular number or on a corporate, state, or the National Do Not Call Registry (DNC) or other do not contact list.

You may opt out at any time by emailing us a Do Not Call request to [email protected] or replying STOP to text messages. Your consent is not required or a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You also consent to our SMS terms, Privacy Policy, and these Terms. By communicating with us by phone or email, you give your full consent for any and all calls, texts, and emails to be recorded for quality and training purposes.

5. Quotes, Estimates, and Transactions

Non-Binding Estimates: Any initial quotes, estimates, or offers provided by SkyVault Solutions LLC are preliminary and based on information provided by you. These are subject to final verification and mutual agreement.

Service Verification: We reserve the right to verify information and assess requirements before finalizing any agreement. Final pricing or service terms may be adjusted based on actual conditions, property condition, title review, market conditions, or scope of work discovered during this verification process.

No Obligation: You are under no obligation to accept any quote or proposal we provide. All transactions are voluntary and require mutual written agreement.

6. Age Restriction

By using the Site and opting into SMS or other services, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use these services.

7. Intellectual Property; Limited License

This Site and all materials available on the Site are the property of SkyVault Solutions LLC and/or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Your information may be shared with service providers who assist in operating our business, such as CRM platforms, marketing tools, and communication providers, solely for business operations and service delivery.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

To access certain features, you may be asked to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
